RC Boca Hobbies

Walked into the shop on a random Wednesday about a month ago, and the owner Jay made me feel right at home. Knew nothing about the hobby at all but with Jay’s help and outstanding customer service I learned so much and fell in love with the hobby. He goes absolutely above and beyond to make sure you get what you need and most importantly, have fun. What a phenomenal business and environment !

I recently had the privilege of conducting business with RC Boca Hobbies, and the experience proved to be nothing short of exemplary. From the outset, it was evident that this establishment operates with a rare combination of professionalism, expertise, and genuine dedication to its clientele. Particularly noteworthy was my interaction with the proprietor, Jay, whose remarkable acumen and thoughtful approach left a lasting impression. His ability to provide insightful guidance while maintaining an atmosphere of warmth and integrity truly sets him apart. In an era where personalized service often feels like a relic of the past, Jay embodies the very best of it. Without question, RC Boca Hobbies stands as a distinguished jewel within our community, and Jay himself is an invaluable asset whose contributions extend far beyond the confines of the business. I recommend this establishment without reservation to anyone seeking excellence in both product and service.

Jay is a SUPER FRIENDLY GUY, very helpful and honest. Lol….he also saves me money. I use to deal with other shops and every time I took my batteries in I was always told I needed new ones. When I met Jay and changed shops he always checked first and went over and beyond to make sure my batteries really needed to be changed. Most times he was able to save them and same me money. He also keeps me educated on keeping my cars up and running. So, If you’re really into RC cars and want someone to deal with who is honest…….I definitely recommend Boca Hobbies :)

This has to be the most professional—and more importantly, the most personal—experience I’ve ever had buying a product or getting a service. Jay, who I believe is the owner, is one of the most genuine, straightforward, no-nonsense guys I’ve ever met. I brought him my truck in terrible condition, and when I got it back, it was pretty much brand new. He even did some complimentary work because he felt bad for me, which meant a lot. I will always come back to this store for anything hobby-related, especially RC. Truly a tremendous experience all around.

Jay took on two rather complicated retro projects & did a fantastic job on each! He delivered on time and within my budget, assisting me on build, electrics & especially paint. They turned out great thanks to his expertise! Thank you Jay!!!
